Pandora server's birthday event

The server is up again, check the list below to see what has changed.

Event: We're celebrating Pandora server's birthday this month!
- Jewelled Chests and Golden Keys will drop. The Jewelled Chests are non-tradable. - Tosei Kai sells Birthday cake with the following stats: Special potion Def. +15% success rate for 15 mins.
Please note: The Birthday cake is a tag and because of that not compatible with other Heroes Market Defense tags. For example: the DSR.

Gifts: We've got a special birthday treat for you for this event!
You will be receiving the following items through Cargo:
- 2x Pandora’s Birthday
- 1x Birthday Cake Slice
Please note: The items will be send to your account on March 4th.

Wars:
- Faction war: 13th of March
- Guild War: 28th of March
As usual keep an eye out for bugs during wars. Also there have been some misunderstandings about when wars should be set, unless communicated differently this is the common rule for war dates: 2nd Saturday of the month is Faction War and 4th Sunday of the month is Guild war.

Fixed bugs:
- The level 148 Dokgo effect is now fixed but the stats are still incorrect.
- The base fight skill will continue automatically again (You're attack won't break off anymore after using a skill or a combo)
- Ultimate skill icons are now visible, but the wolkwang skill icons will be fixed next patch

The server is open! This is what got fixed:

- There's a higher Costume Fabric drop rate
- Both the CNY fireworks have their original stats back
- Red & White tiger cubs have their correct descriptions and now also give the dead land amulets, just like the birds.
- Medium Hero Set has it's description back
- The original Karma mutations are once again speedless, they where never supposed to have speed, this was a scripting mistake.

Mardi Gras event and new lower prices!

All people who found themselves some euro items have been rewarded with their GO. (In total gamers managed to find a total worth of +/- €1000,- congrats with your big catch!)

Here are the new changes:

1. Mardi Gras event:
Tosei Kai sells a Mardi Gras manual. Find Magic Scissors and Costume Fabric from monsters and combine these three and make yourself a pretty new (and strong) 3 day mutation. Here’s the stats:

Offensive/Defensive Power: 15
Max Life/Mana Increase: 300
Monster Player Damage decrease: 35%
Critical Damage up: 3%
Speed: none

There’s one exception in this story, the UiChun Costumes give 35% PVP Attack Damage increase instead of Monster Player Damage decrease. Also all mutations can be upgraded with the Gold Carp once to get a 7 day mutation with higher stats and a T3 speed. (Blood can’t be used on these mutations.)

2. Valentine's Day
Tosei Kai has gone all romantic with the approach of Valentine’s Day, and is now selling an adorable teddy guaranteed to melt the heart of the one you love. (Note: teddy has no stats its purely a gift of love)

3. New in the Heroes Market:
a. The 50% discount on all timed items have now ended but in stead we have new lower prices! The complete assortment has once again dropped with an average of 10% in pricing. See the Online Heroes Market to see the new prices vs. the old prices.

b. We've introduced the Medium Hero Set for 3000 GO
Greater Jackpot Tag, Exp Tag (C), 2x FAD FASR potion, 2x FDD FASR potion and New Lottery.

c.The return of four 15 day mutations in Heroes Market selling for 300 GO each. All mutations can be upgraded with the Gold Carp once to get higher stats and a T3 speed. (Blood can’t be used on these mutations.)
